With a grand total of 607 citizens trained at the end of 2010, Spartanburg CERT entered 2011 with their primary focus on current members.  During the first half of the year, we have concentrated on certification and recertification efforts.  However, during the second half of the year we plan to have a second push.  Currenty, we've had one CERT class with the Summer Session planned to take place at the end of July. With our most recent class accounted for, 643 people have completed CERT training.
