Type - BSN - COMMERCIAL BLDG FIRE Location - 194 BELLEW CARVER RD GREEN TEXTILE ASSOCIATES INC While initially activated for this fire, CERT Support Services was cancelled soon thereafter. |

Type - RES - RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE Location - 120 BENTWOOD CIR While initially activated for this fire, CERT Support Services was cancelled soon thereafter. |

Type - GASOUT - GAS ODOR/LEAK OUTSID Location - 125 RAINBOW LAKE RD APPLEBEES
Spartanburg County Support Services assisted the North Spartanburg FD with support services duty at the gas leak near Applebee's. I would like to thank Sam Etheredge and Barbara Grudzien for their assistance. Barbara was their on behalf of NSFD but did assist up some. |

Spartanburg County Support Services was called out for a submersion in Holly Springs. I would like to thank Sam Etheredge and Barbara Grudzien again for their assistance. |

Type - SPASF - SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT Location - S ALABAMA AVE&PICKENS AVE Spartanburg County Support Services was called out to offer rehab to Chesnee, Mayo and other responding Fire Departments in the Chesnee Area. Following a microburst/tornado, the City of Chesnee was without power. What looked like a short deployment, lasted for 5 plus hours. Thanks again to Tony Craig, Robert McKee, Jason Mosley, Eric Peterson, Beverly Tonkovic, and Robin Tonkovic for responding to this callout. |

Type - MISSING PERSON Location - SPARTANBURG CHILDREN'S SHELTER
The Spartanburg County Search & Rescue Unit was called out to look for a missing 16yr old in the City of Spartanburg. Upon our arrival, the subject was located and soon thereafter found. |
